The passion for sweets incepts before birth.

With a childhood passed in anticipation for the weekend, craving that sweet scent of his favorite chocolate cake. The rest of the childhood was spent in midnight snack routines, ambushing the fridge, to taste and experience taste. Guy always loved to be in the kitchen when the food was prepared, he loved to touch the materials, to know them intimately and to feel them before they change and become something new.

As time passed by, his passion strengthened, and he finally found his calling – to do what he always loved. Thus began a scrumptious journey that ended in professionalism. Guy left Israel and yearned to learn the secrets of baking in professional schools, followed his dreams and flavours, going to Germany, Belgium, Italy and France, in search of sweet perfection. After thousands of hours spent in his baking laboratory, experimenting with flavours, with ingredients and shapes, Guy developed a feel for raw ingredients. He innovated the aesthetic and put his very own passion and love into each item that he created.

After 20 years of experience of baking and making, Guy moved to Toronto, Canada to bring us what we have forgotten authenticity.
